After announcing the initial 53-man roster, Eagles GM Howie Roseman quickly made a trade to help bolster the Eagles secondary, acquiring Chicago Bears DB Deiondre’ Hall in exchange for a conditional 7th round draft pick.

Hall is currently serving a one-game suspension, so he won’t count towards a roster spot until after the Eagles game against the Atlanta Falcons. After that game is over the Eagles will need to make room on the roster for Hall. Hall will most likely fill in for Chris Maragos after today it was made known that Maragos will miss at least the first six weeks of the season because of being placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
