The Eagles are getting ready for a pivotal game against the Dallas Cowboys. Leading up to the game though, the team has made a roster change that will have some impact on the field.
Roster Move: #Eagles have signed DT T.Y. McGill and waived WR DeAndre Carter.

We already assumed that Carter being waived meant a return was imminent for Darren Sproles, but what does adding McGill mean for the Eagles?
Tim Jernigan finally returned to practice this week for the first time this season, but his return doesn’t automatically mean he will be ready for the Cowboys game. McGill might just be an upgrade over Treyvon Hester, and will allow the team to get rid of Hester once Jernigan is ready to play.
We will have to wait and see what happens when the team starts releasing more injury updates from each practice this week.
