After becoming a hero for the Eagles in their playoff win over the Chicago Bears this past season, Golden Tate will now be seen as a villain in Philadelphia. Today the former Birds receiver has signed with the New York Giants.
Former Eagles' WR Golden Tate is signing with the NY Giants, per source.

Tate ended up playing just 10 total games with the Eagles, recording 37 receptions, 342 receiving yards, and 2 touchdowns.
Tate’s time with Eagles will be mostly remembered as a frustrating one, especially after Eagles Offensive Coordinator Mike Groh made it known it was hard to integrate him into the offensive after giving up a valuable 3rd round pick for acquire him. Hopefully Tate’s new contract will be able to allow the Eagles to receive a compensatory pick in 2020 for him leaving.
Thanks for catching that touchdown in the Bears playoff game Golden! Other than that…..adios.
