When the Eagles take the field against the Falcons on September 6th, they might be without their number one Wide Receiver.
Missing a game or two in the beginning of the season wouldn't be the end of the world for the team. The additions of Mike Wallace and Dallas Goedert this offseason should help keep the offense rolling with Jeffery sidelined. However, if Jeffery remained on PUP to begin the season, he would have to stay out until late October. If that ends up being the case, then fans can start being a little concerned about Jeffery's recovery, and if he will come back and be a dominant threat like he was last season.
