Doug Pederson is Not Happy With State of Eagles Offense

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson was not pleased with the offensive performance last night, and he wasn't shy about sharing his frustration.

The official transcript:

It's easy to understand coach's frustration, as whatever has constituted the first-team offense this preseason has been pretty much a disaster. With Nick Foles under center, the Eagles offense has ALLOWED more points than they've scored.

The Birds have two weeks to knock off the rust and develop some offensive rhythm. Hopefully the return of Jay Ajayi, Darren Sproles, Corey Clement, Alshon Jeffery, Nelson Agholor, Jason Peters and eventually Carson Wentz will help the offense return to form and make the preseason struggles something we can all laugh about. But for now, coach isn't pleased, and I think a lot of fans share his sentiment.
