Over the weekend, cornerback Jalen Mills was arrested for getting into a fight at a Washington D.C. club with Washington Wizards player Devin Robinson.
He likely won't face any type of suspension, but today Mills still took to Instagram to apologize for the incident and causing a distraction.
His teammate, linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill, wants to do some more fighting instead of assuring that it will never happen again. This time he wants a fight to be with the Dallas Cowboys.
This isn't the first time Grugier-Hill has called out Dallas. Before The Eagles' matchup with the Cowboys in Week 14, Grugier-Hill told reporters that "Dallas always chokes"when asked about the chances of winning the game and possibly coming from behind to win the NFC East. Even though Grugier-Hill backed up his trash talk by recovering the opening kickoff fumble (that was later deemed to have "no clear recovery"), the Eagles ended up losing and the linebacker ended up becoming a scapegoat for fans to blame for poking the bear.
If the refs don't get in the way in 2019, maybe Grugier-Hill and the rest of the Eagles can back up these fighting words more fairly.
Mills has since deleted the Instagram post.
