Gil Brandt is considered an enemy of the Philadelphia Eagles. He was the Dallas Cowboys' VP of player personnel from 1960-1989, and helped them achieve their first two Super Bowl trophies. Since leaving the Cowboys he has become more of an NFL personality, writing articles on NFL.com.
Brandt is a part of a panel that was selected to pick the NFL's top 100 plays in the league's 100 year history. He is sharing his own personal top 50 plays, and the legendary "Philly Special" came in at #14 on his list.
The rest of Brandt's list will be unveiled over the next two weeks, but it'll be interesting to see which 13 plays he considers better than the greatest trick play in Super Bowl history.
