Even though the 2018 season hasn't concluded yet and the teams playing in Super Bowl LIII haven't been determined, Las Vegas is getting a head start at betting odds for the winner of next year's Super Bowl.
After coming a few yards short of potentially reaching their second consecutive NFC Championship Game, the Eagles chances for 2019 aren't being highly regarded. According to SuperBookUSA, Philadelphia is tied for the 10th-best odds of winning the Super Bowl.
Vegas is likely expecting a lot of turnover on the Eagles roster, and probably don't think the team can get enough chemistry to make a long run to Super Bowl LIV. Another factor is the greatest underdog in the history of sports, Nick Foles, is expected to put on a different jersey next season.
With Carson Wentz back under center for the Eagles, many are doubting his capabilities after suffering season-ending injuries in two consecutive years. Wentz is ready to prove the doubters wrong, and return to MVP form with a full offseason to recover from both his back injury and his previous ACL injury.
